I approached Carla about our 3 year old Sprocket who was extremely protective over food he couldn't have as well as other items. His behaviour was uncontrollable. Even though he is a super loving dog we needed to address the issues. Carla was super responsive with the initial call and was able to help us swiftly. Within the first session we learned so many things and Ronnie immediately responded to her as well as us after her guidance. Her professional manner, understanding and simplicity with her approach meant we could easily integrate the training techniques into every day life. Carla has been nothing but supportive in helping us to train our two dogs. She has genuine passion for dogs and their wellbeing comes first. We have learned some amazing reward based techniques from Carla and find her methods to be highly successful. Nothing is too much of a problem for her. Carla's help has been invaluable. I trust her, her experience and her methods implicitly and am so grateful for her assistance with training. I have an extremely fearful Romanian rescue and I hadn't the first clue about how best to support him and help his confidence around humans grow. Carla is insightful, understanding and patient. I could see the change in my boy's behaviour after just one meeting, and Carla doesn't leave it there either. You get a full written training plan to help you move forward, building the relationship and trust between you and your dog. I've got a lot of homework to do, but I know that Carla is just a message away if I have any questions, concerns or reassurance. I honestly could not recommend Carla and her services enough. 12/10.
